Dr. Yasmine Monib

Dr. Monib is a native of Oklahoma. She received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and then went on to obtain her M.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2001. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2004 and has been in practice for more than ten years. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Monib enjoys all aspects of pediatrics. She loves watching your children grow and develop into bright and mature adults. She has a special interest in newborns, asthma, nutrition, and ADHD. She loves to spend her free time with her three daughters and her husband. She also enjoys gardening, reading, and painting.

Dr. Sandra Madewell

Dr. Madewell was born in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to Houston with her family at age eleven. She received her B.S. in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Spanish Literature at the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to obtain her M.D. from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She subsequently completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School in 2015 and began serving the Houston community in 2016.

When she is not attending to her young patients, Dr. Madwell enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young daughters. She enjoys children of all ages and has a special interest in early childhood growth and development.

Dr. Madewell is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Kelia Williams

Dr. Williams was born and raised in the Waco/Temple area. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Texas A&M University and received her Medical Degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She completed her residency at the University of Alabama-Birmingham in 2022 and came back to Houston to start her career. When she is not attending to her young patients, Dr. Williams enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, watching anime, and being outdoors. She enjoys all age groups and has a special interest in adolescent health and nutrition.

Maggie Rhoden, FNP-C

Maggie is a native of Houston, TX. She received her B.S.N. from Creighton University in Omaha, NE, and then returned to Houston where she worked as a NICU nurse at St. Joseph Medical Center and Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital.

She obtained her M.S.N from Angelo State University, while completing her integrated practice in the Houston area. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Maggie believes in providing family-centered, culturally competent care, which promotes all aspects of health. She has a special interest in breastfeeding, healthy eating, and pediatric behavorial health. In her free time, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family as well as reading, exploring Houston, and coffee talk with good friends.

Ahmed Monib
Office Manager

Ahmed has more than ten years of experiences as a performance excellence leader and management consultant on strategy, innovations, and process improvement. Before joining Springtime Pediatrics, Ahmed was the Six Sigma Corporate Master Black Belt and Deployment Champion for the Bechtel Corporation. He is passionate about helping people. In 2007, he helped open the al-Maun Free Clinic in Las Vegas. In his free time, he enjoys watching his girls play sports, camping, fishing, and, eh…meditating (doing nothing).

Medical Assistant

Maria became a member of the Springtime Pediatrics family in February 2019. Maria is from Mexico, graduated here in Texas from Everest, and has ten years of experience as a medical assistant. Maria loves working with children and making sure that everyone is nice and healthy. Outside of work, Maria loves spending time with her family and cooking.

Becky was born and raised in Houston and has been with Springtime Pediatrics from day one. She has been a Pediatric MA for over 8 years, receiving her MA certification at the Texas School of Business in 2008. She loves watching children grow from newborns into healthy teenagers, and connecting with families is her favorite part of the job. Outside of work, Becky loves spending time with her family and three children.

Jessica joined Spring Pediatrics in March 2017 and brings with her a wide variety of experiences in medicine and customer service. She received her Medical Assistant certification from the Everest Institute in 2015. Jessica loves working with children from newborns to teenagers. Outside of work, Jessica loves traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Valerie hails from Milwaukee, and we certainly feel we’ve got Milwaukee’s best. Valerie has over nine years of medical assistance experience in Pediatrics and three years of experience as an Office Manager. Treating children is Valerie’s passion and is what kept her in the Pediatric field all these years. She is the mother of three children herself, and her oldest daughter is a Pre-Med student at Prairie View A&M University. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys traveling, and styling hair as a part-time cosmetologist.

Medical Assistant

Skylinn joined Springtime Pediatrics in May of 2018. She graduated from Sharpstown International in the top 10% of her class. She was the president of the National Honor Society and Vice President of the Future Business Leaders of America. Skylinn is currently studying Biology and Pre-Med at Prairie View A&M University and plans on one day becoming a Pediatrician. Outside of work, Skylinn enjoys decorating, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her pet hamster Delilah.

Sarah joined Springtime in 2021. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Sarah graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Biology. She loves working in the medical field and helping kids. She is a mother of three kids of her own. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and loves to travel the world!

Itzy joined Springtime in March of 2022. She graduated in 2014 from Remington College and has 7 years of experience in pediatrics. Itzy loves advocating for children’s needs. Outside of work, she loves to travel and work on her photography.

Janeth was born in Monterrey, Mexico and graduated in Houston, Texas from Professional Career Institute in 2013. Her passion for caring led her to choose a career in the medical field. She loves to work with kids of all ages. She is a mother of five kids of her own. In her spare time she enjoys attending to her kid’s soccer games with her husband and crafting.
